DISTILLATION: crafted in a traditional discontinuous steam pot still. CHARACTERISTICS: a grappa that is crystal-clear and brilliant. On the nose, it releases notes of small red fruits, including raspberry, along with floral, herbal, and spicy hints of fresh cocoa bean. Soft, round, and dry on the palate, with a long and enveloping aftertaste.
