These general conditions of sale govern the sale of products through the website www.monicavettor.it. By placing any order, you declare that you have read and fully accept these General Conditions of Sale. The Azienda Agricola Monica Vettor operates as proprietor of the trademark, patent and seller of the products to Monica Vettor.
Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
By placing an order, the Customer declares that he has read and accepts the terms and conditions of use and payment. By registering, making an order and thus adhering to these Conditions of Sale, the Customer declares to be of legal age and to be able to enter into binding contracts. We don’t take orders from minors.
The Customer can only purchase the products present
The receipt of the order will be notified via email (“Receive Order”). The sales contract will be concluded only when the items included in the order are available and can be shipped.
Orders are accepted exclusively through the purchase form on the website. The Customer, as soon as an order has been placed, will receive an e-mail confirmation. The order confirmation will contain the date of execution and the order number. It will be the Customer’s care to check the data on the order confirmation and promptly communicate any errors and corrections to be made.
If, for various reasons, the message is not received by the Customer within a few minutes, the order is to be considered unconfirmed. Any sums paid by the Customer will be refunded. Claims or compensation for damage to property and/or persons caused by non-acceptance of an order are not accepted.
If, due to any anomaly of system, the quantity of a product ordered exceeds the actual availability of warehouse, the company will accept the order relative to the quantities actually available. Any sums already paid for products no longer available will be refunded or will be agreed with the customer the replacement with products of equivalent or higher value.
Providing the telephone number at the time of registration is mandatory, because it is required by the courier to send the goods.
Forms of payment allowed
Payments will be allowed only in the following forms:

– Cash on receipt of goods (cash on delivery)
– Cash on collection of goods (c/o our shop)
– Bank transfer
We do not accept other types of payment.

The transaction for the purchase by credit card is made on the secure site Paypal. In no way can we know the details of the cards entered at the time of payment. Therefore, we are not responsible for any misuse of credit cards used for the payment of an order on our website

Shipping costs are charged to the customer.
The Customer must provide all the data necessary for the shipment of the goods and such data must be correct (address with indication of the house number, telephone number, name on the bell, at the store or firm, any special information for the courier without which the successful delivery is compromised, etc…).
In case the courier fails to deliver the goods due to incorrect/incomplete shipping data, repeated absence of the recipient, refusal to pay the mark, the parcel will go to Stock at the courier. The stock has a very high daily cost.
Storage of a parcel
We reserve the right to charge the Customer the cost of any storage at the courier caused by errors or omissions on the correct data necessary for the delivery of the goods (address, house number, postcode, telephone contact, name on the bell, at company or shop etc…) attributable to the Customer.
We do not charge the cost of the storage and/ or re-forwarding to the sender of a package that has not been delivered due to the repeated absence of the Customer or its untraceability, even for serious reasons, or the unreasonable refusal of the goods or non-payment of the mark.
If a parcel goes into storage for “incorrect or incomplete address” we will contact the recipient by phone and email to ask for confirmation of the correctness of the shipping data.
If the recipient is not reachable after several attempts of contact, the package will be sent back to our office to limit the storage costs. We do not charge the cost of storage and re-forwarding to the sender of a package that was not delivered due to the untraceability of the recipient, even if the delivery address was correct.
The shipping costs*/storage/re-forwarding to the sender, caused by the reasons listed above, must be paid by the customer directly to the courier or to us with bank transfer.
In case of unreasonable refusal of a parcel, the shipping costs of the goods and the return of the same to the sender will be charged.
In all cases described above, we reserve the right to ask for advance payment for future orders.
The company ships only in Italy.
Orders are usually processed very quickly (usually in 24-48 hours), however we guarantee shipment within 15 working days from the date of receipt of payment, unless stock is unavailable.
In particular periods such as prenatalizio, post holiday, during or immediately after special promotions, sales etc… shipments may be delayed slightly.
The courier guarantees delivery in 1-3 working days. Delivery delays cannot be charged to our company.
At the time of delivery, the customer is required to check the integrity of the package both externally and in the closures. Wet packaging must be contested with the courier, not intact or without adhesive tape or other closing material, broken packaging, packages crushed or torn in whole or in part.
It is necessary to provide at the time of the order a delivery address where at least one person is ALWAYS present in charge of the collection.
Once the package has been skipper we have no way to communicate to the courier any indications, for this you must indicate everything that is useful for delivery in the space of the order notes.
The characteristics of the products are indicated in the online catalog. At the time of purchase the customer has read the same. The colors may not be true to what is reproduced on the monitor.
All prices listed in the online catalog are inclusive of VAT; shipping costs are specified in the Section related to shipping. Prices can be changed at any time without prior notice.
Errors and omissions
The company guarantees its commitment to ensure the accuracy of the product information on its website. The company is not responsible for any changes in price, typographical errors, errors in images or inaccuracies by partners and manufacturers.
Rights of withdrawal
According to the provisions of Articles 52-58 of the Consumer Code, the Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The decision to withdraw can be communicated by e-mail to the address you find on all pages specifying the number and date of the invoice, description and quantity of goods.
Within 14 days from the dispatch of the above-mentioned communication, the customer must return the goods by traceable shipment (registered or express courier), with expenses at his own expense. Please note that shipments on delivery will be refused and that goods travel at the risk of the customer.
The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, unused, unwashed, undamaged: the customer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the same other than that necessary to determine the nature, the characteristics and operation.
The company undertakes to refund all payments made by the customer, without prejudice to the costs incurred for the return of goods, within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, provided that the goods have actually been returned to it within that period and in any case after verification of their good condition.
The refund will be made by the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless the customer expressly requests another method of reimbursement, with no additional costs for him.
In any case, the company does not allow the exchange of the product with another and different product: in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the customer is only entitled to reimbursement of payments made.
To request a new product, the customer is required to place a new order.
Claims relating to broken products in packages and defective products MUST be accompanied by photographs so that we can in turn complain to the Courier or the supplier.
The company reserves the right to request a photograph also for complaints relating to any products sent by mistake, in place of other orders. In the case of products sent in place of other orders, the consumer is obliged to return the products received by mistake, unless he wishes to keep them after payment. The collection of the unsorted goods will be taken care of by us and the consumer will not have to bear any additional expenses.
Place of jurisdiction
The sales contract between the customer and the company is intended to be concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law. The place of jurisdiction shall be the place of domicile or residence of the consumer.
Amendments to the terms and conditions of sale
We reserve the right to modify the contents of the site and these General Conditions of Sale at any time to offer new products or services, or to improve or comply with the legal provisions. The General Conditions of Sale in force at the moment of receipt of the order will be valid.
