Two regions, two winemakers, five wines, and the typical food of our territory: for the first time, on Friday 26 November<\/strong>, the culture and history of two prestigious regions, always suited to viticulture, will meet in San Quirino for an amazing experience. Monica Vettor will host the tasting of the Tuscan wines of the Le Falene Winery, produced by Vincenza Folgheretti, her own oenologist.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The sommelier Luana Bottacin<\/a>, Doctor of Food Science and Technology, will lead the tasting, presenting each label and retracing the two territories together with the protagonists of the evening. She will explain the peculiarities, diversity, and similarities of Friuli and Tuscany<\/strong>, looking for the imprint of the specific terroir and the expression of the winemakers within their own productions. It will be interesting to discover with the participants what are the elements that unite the Wineries of Monica Vettor and Vincenza Folgheretti and what are emotions will remain at the end.<\/p>\n

These wines will be presented during the wine tasting:

\n\u25cf Le Falene Sangiovese IGT Toscana<\/p>\n

Each wine will be accompanied by a gastronomic combination of products selected by local companies.
\nAt the end of the tasting, the first course with autumn flavors will be served.<\/p>\n
