Wine and Music: a perfect combination to stimulate our senses.
It is scientifically proven that music can influence perception and change the way we taste wine.
You will discover this in this evening because the five selected wines will not only be explained by Professional Sommelier Luana Bottacin, but will also be accompanied by the voice of singer and vocalist Paola Brisotto.
The wines selected for the event were purchased from winemakers in Emilia Romagna impacted by the flood and will be accompanied by food pairings.
As usual, there will be welcome and closing surprises for the evening.
