  • Download the PDF Data Sheet ORIGIN OF THE POMACE: Pomace obtained from red grape varieties grown in our historic 90-year-old vineyard located in the municipality of Cordenons, on the plain north of Pordenone. DISTILLATION: Produced using a traditional discontinuous steam still. TASTING NOTES: Crystal clear and brilliant in appearance. On the nose, it reveals aromas of small red berries, with raspberry standing out alongside elegant floral, herbal, and spicy notes, complemented by hints of fresh cocoa bean. Smooth, rounded, and dry on the palate, with a long and enveloping finish.
